Rough Country
A nice suspense novel that will please the fans of the genre. The only thing that irked me was the constant suggestion that women become lesbians because of abuse suffered in the hands of men :/ However, he did manage to write a suspense novel with lesbians without fetishizing them beyond recognition, so hurray for that.Overall, nice characterization, setting and plot development. Not very fast-paced, but not boring either; and the rhythm picks up during the action.
