The Long Goodbye
It was a nice read, very much like all the other books in this series.In this one in particular, the events that move the story are apparently isolated up until end, so the narrative feels a bit disjointed and lags a bit at times. The ending, too, drags on somewhat. Feels like he wanted to do a "big surprise" in the end, but it didn't come out right.
